We thank you for your continued support to the doctors providing services at Cooleman Court Medical Centre. There will be an increase of $5 on all consultation types as of Monday 1st July 2024. Bulk billing will continue be available on weekdays between 8am to 5pm to the following patient groups for most of the consultation of types excluding telephone consults:
- Children under 16 years of age
- Commonwealth Concession Card holders
- DVA Gold Card Holders
There will be no bulk billing available on weekends, after hours (before 8am and after 5pm) and all day public holidays. All telephone consultations are charged privately.
Our fees have been carefully considered by our doctors and designed to be affordable. Please contact 02 6109 9777 and speak to our friendly admin team about the fees.
WEEKDAYS:
- Standard Consult up to 10 mins – $ 80 with an estimated rebate of $42.85 processed back to the patient. Additional fees may apply if the consultation runs longer than the booked appointment time.
- Long consult up to 20 mins- $135 with an estimated rebate of $82.85 processed back to the patient. Additional fees may apply if the consultation runs longer than the booked appointment time.
- Telephone Consultations – Telephone consultations are not Bulk billed. They are privately charged at $80 with an estimated rebate of $42.85 processed back to the patient. Additional fees may apply if the consultation runs longer than the booked appointment time.

- Long consult up to 20 mins- $145 with an estimated rebate of $82.90 back to the patient. Additional fees may apply if the consultation runs longer than the booked appointment time.
- Telephone Consultations – Telephone consultations are not Bulk billed. They are privately charged at $90 with an estimated rebate of $42.85 processed back to the patient. Additional fees may apply if the consultation runs longer than the booked appointment time.
